What do I wear to a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class?

Most Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu schools have specific attire requirements, typically a gi (traditional uniform) and a belt. Loose-fitting gym clothes are fine when you're starting.

Do I need to buy equipment for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?

Initially, all you need is a gi. Later on, we might suggest gloves for protection and focus mitts for partner training.

How often should I attend Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes?

Our basic package offers two classes a week, which is the minimum for progress. Our premium package offers four or more classes weekly.
